We Japanese, citizens of your allied nation would like to celebrate and congratulate your presidential election victory in 2008. We did witness real change and potential of American society with respect.
As you might know, in Japan we have a city called Obama which is facing sea of Japan.
They are really congratulating your victory dancing hula for you.
We heard that you mentioned in your conversation with our prime minister that you would like to visit Obama city when you visit Japan.
We would like to welcome your visit to Japan together with people of Obama city.
If you really have a chance to visit Obama city, we have one request for you Senator Obama. Could you please visit beach of Obama city where facing sea of Japan which is connected to North Korea.
Unfortunately we have to share the fact that in Obama city several innocent Japanese were abducted by North Korean secret organization. Still many of Japanese citizens are abducted and foced to live in North Korea more than 30 years without freedom.
Abduction by North Korea is on going serious agression of human rights which might be common value for we Japanese and you Americans.
North Korea is generating a lot of problems in international society such as nuclear weapon, drugs and counterfeit bills. Abduction is one of them and might be worst one from the view point of human rights.
We belive that we can jointly face and solve problems of North Korea as allied nations. It is great pleasure for us that if your visit to Obama city can be help for you to feel one of on going problems generated by North Korea.
Lastly, we are expecting that our allied relation will be further strengthend during your administration period, and will be a key stone of the peace of the global society.
